Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. During periods of high demand, collection launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping information and tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Arturo Rose ships throughout the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order has been shipped, a USPS tracking number will be issued and sent to the email address provided during checkout. Most domestic shipments are delivered within 2–5 business days after the shipment date, although delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, and carrier operations.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and distance from our headquarters.

International Shipping

Arturo Rose proudly ships to customers around the world.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and carrier rates. Delivery times vary by country and customs processing but generally range between 7–21 business days after shipment.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped whenever tracking is available for your destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours after shipment to become active.

Shipping Delays

While Arturo Rose strives to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs inspections, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Arturo Rose is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at arturoroseclothingco@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding an appropriate resolution.
